Staff Doctor

Dr. Rogers originally came from Dallas, Texas and graduated from Greenhill School as Valedictorian.  Dr. Rogers attended the University of Virginia where he played basketball and majored in Biochemistry. He moved back to Texas where he graduated from University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 1985.  Dr. Rogers did his internship with James A. (Red) Duke.  He returned to Virginia for his Orthopedic Residency.  Dr. Rogers then did a Sports Medicine Fellowship in Philadelphia through Jefferson Medical College.

Dr. Rogers practices orthopedic surgery in Houston going on his 28th year. He also is established in Kona, Hawaii as the Chief Medical Officer for Kona Blue Plantations.

Dr. Rogers is married to his wife DeLisa, who is an RN and worked in many departments of the hospital.  They have 4 grown children and 1 grandchild so far!
